Vehicle manufacturers are allowed to install tinted taillights because they are designed and tested to meet safety standards set by regulatory agencies. Tinted taillights are often used to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the vehicle and can also help improve visibility in certain lighting conditions. However, it is important for manufacturers to ensure that the tinted taillights still meet the required brightness and visibility standards to ensure the safety of other drivers on the road. Additionally, regulations may vary by region, so manufacturers must comply with the specific requirements of each market. **

Clear glass taillights are made with a transparent or lightly tinted glass that allows more light to pass through, resulting in a brighter and more noticeable appearance. Regular taillights, on the other hand, are typically made with colored or opaque plastic that can dim the light output. Clear glass taillights are often seen as a more modern and stylish option compared to regular taillights, which may have a more traditional look. **

It depends on the specific regulations in your area. In many places, taillights are required by law for safety reasons, so it's important to ensure that your vehicle's taillights comply with local regulations. This may include requirements for brightness, color, and placement. It's best to check with your local department of motor vehicles or law enforcement agency to confirm that your taillights are legal. **

Tinted taillights are not allowed in many places because they can reduce the visibility of the brake lights and turn signals, which are essential for communicating with other drivers on the road. Tinted taillights can also make it harder for drivers to see your vehicle in low light conditions, increasing the risk of accidents. It's important to check the specific laws and regulations in your area to ensure that your vehicle's taillights are in compliance. **

Taillights are expensive for several reasons. Firstly, they are made with durable materials to withstand various weather conditions and impacts. Additionally, they often incorporate advanced technology such as LED lights, which can drive up the cost. Finally, the design and manufacturing process of taillights can be complex, contributing to their higher price point. **

Flashing taillights are generally not legal on public roads. In most jurisdictions, vehicles are required to have steady-burning taillights while in motion. Flashing taillights can be confusing to other drivers and may be mistaken for emergency vehicles. It's important to check the specific laws and regulations in your area to ensure compliance with the rules regarding taillights. **

Tinted black taillights have a sleek and modern appearance. The dark tint gives the taillights a more aggressive and stylish look, and can enhance the overall aesthetic of the vehicle. However, it's important to note that tinted taillights may not be legal in all areas, so it's important to check local regulations before making any modifications. **

No, taillights are not approved without ABE (Allgemeine Betriebserlaubnis) in Germany. ABE is a certification that indicates the product meets the legal requirements and safety standards set by the German authorities. Without ABE, the taillights would not be considered legal for use on the roads in Germany. It is important to ensure that any automotive lighting products have the necessary approvals to avoid potential legal issues. **
